dissatisfaction with Discovery Bank promises.

iI am doing this on behalf of my wife (as she does not have an account with you). She has an active bank account with Discovery Bank. A while back she received a notification that if she spends R2500 in a month, she will qualify for 2 free entries into the Discovery Lounge at O R Tambo airport. She attempted to redeem these. After speaking to 4 different agents, and being asked to hold on (just for a few moments) - she got nowhere. She was given 2 different reference numbers for her queries (***7 at 13.49 on Dec 2nd - and ***5 at 17.59 on 5th Dec) - each time the agent said that THE AGENTS ARE 'LOOKING INTO " THE PROBLEM. . She was assured that someone would call her back. So far she has received nothing. This is blatant false advertising and false promises on the part of Discovery Bank
