Dispute raised after issue being sorted

My partners Sthandard bank account has been paused as well because of you guys, I had an issue that regarded ***** allegations and an investigation went on and my issue was solved on the 4th of July. On the 10th of July Discovery bank decides to escalate a ***** complaint against my partners account because of funds I sent. Wasn’t my case solved? How are you filing complaints to other banks if my issue was resolved? We have been calling discovery bank non stop and again NO ONE HAS BEEN ASSISTING ME. Standard Bank needs to be sent a message by Discovery once more saying that the case has been solved. At this point I just think this bank gets excited when they have to ruin people’s lives. Because tell me how has this not been sorted out since the 10th of July? Now my partner must suffer because of your unprofessionalism. I need that message sent to Standard Bank telling them that my case has been resolved, the same way a dispute was raised. I’m really dissatisfied with your service
