Disgusting service from MINENHLE

My interest was peaked when I came across an ad about Discovery savings account. I sent a request for a representative to contact me which they did. The issue arised when multiple agents phones me trying to activate my account. The first two kept hanging up and left me hanging the last agent that decided to calle on Saturday morning just after 8am was extremely rude sounded like he had some other place to be and one only wonders if these calls are sent for QA I doubt because as someone that has worked for your rival company STANLIB you would even get a formal warning speaking the way she did. My partner even had to intervene because MINENHLE was speaking down one.
