Disgusting service from Discovery Card Dept
Discovery CC is deducting money from my bank account without any authorization! I have emailed them on 15.3.2018 and their resonse was they would contact me within 2 days it is now 25 days later and ANOTHER payment was debited yeasterday! My ref nr was ********** 70 and their ref nr via email was ********** 755!
This has been going on from 10.1.2013 and the cherry on the cake is ....... i have never received a card and Disc Card CAN STILL NOT TELL ME WHERE THE CARD WAS DELIVERED AND WHO SIGNED FOR IT and the card has per the statement never been used BUT I owe them more than R2000 in costs incurred while it was not used! Disgusting I woud say!

As discussed, we do require our clients to sign an account closure form before we can close their Discovery card accounts. Once we receive the form we will be able to action your account closure.
Discovery Cards will keep accruing monthly charges until we have a signed account closure form.
