Disgusting Service from DISCOVERY BANK

Been trying to reach Discovery Bank by email. EVERY email they send is a "no reply" email, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to reply to the email. Wany to have everything recorded because you cannot trust their staff, each one seems to have different replies to your queries. Have tried emailing some of their supposed emails but still cannot get a response or get through to them. Obviously, they have a lot to hide, NEVER experienced something like this from another business How does anyone EVER get an email that you can reply to, or that they will respond to??????

Hi Moho
I am trying to organize a payment arrangement for an outstanding Credit card, currently do not have access to a telephone, therefore want to arrange this through email, where everything is stated in black and white.
All the discovery Bank communication is through emails, which are always "no reply"
Please would you let me have the person who deals with this email address (NOT a no reply email, so i can come to an agreement.
I am extremely surprised that a supposedly modern bank struggles with this.
