Disgusting
I'd like to put this out to discovery. You guys had maintenance done on your app and website. I transferred money into my account went to withdraw knowing I transferred and it got declined. Now when I am able to log onto my app I see I'm charged a declined fee. When it's your fault not mine. It's pathetic

I've read the reviews from people about the maintance so I'm not the only one with an issue. You guys don't notify customers about maintance happening or that you can't withdraw money. That's pathetic
