Disgusting and incorrect information given
<p>My Fica documents were collected from me on 12 September, I was assured all was in order by using my passport!</p> <p>I transferred my salary into my card on 25 September and on 28 septmber wanted to pay for a cup of coffee only to find that I could not use my card.</p> <p>I got an email on the 30th of September to say that they needed additional Fica documents, following their instructions I have been to the Police Station to get documents certified 3 TIMES!!! only to find out today after I PHONED THEM THAT THESE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT SUFFICIENT. SHOULD I GIVE UP WORK AND CAMP AT THE POLICE STATION!!!!!!! This is the poorest service I have ever had and find it totally disgusting!!</p>
