Disgusted with the aftersale service

I'd give them 0 if I could. I have been trying for 3 weeks if not more to unblock my Trans account that was block for no reason at all when they delinked my credit card from my main account.

Every consultant I speak to keeps telling it will only take 24hours. It's been weeks now and not one person phoned me back.

Spoke to a lady today that could finally give me feedback and info I needed.

It has taken weeks for something I could have resolved the first day of enquiry... Now my salary is paid into the account but I can literally just look at it. I can't pay for anything and can't get to work tomorrow because of this. I need this resolved asap as I can not wait another 24hour. Your useless feedback is going to cost me my work!!!
