Disgusted By Discovery Bank Agent (colored man)

Good day,

I would like to lay a complaint regarding the last agent that called my number. I didn’t get his name, but it was a colored gentleman, called with number ***. The guy was so rude with no Empathy at all. He does not deserve to be working with people. I thought I would let it go but I couldn’t at all. On the 25th my account was ****med, and my salary money was taken out of my account. I have never missed the credit debit orders since I got the credit card with Discovery but today am treated like a dirty ******** having to be bombarded with calls to pay up. He even shouted at me not even giving me the chance to speak. I am so disgusted with the service I receive from that gentlemen when all the other ladies that called me before him were understating. I will make plan to pay up the credit card and close it as I want nothing to do with discovery bank ever again. Am so disgusted honestly to think that this is how you treat your clients. a case of ***** has been opened and it was done on the 25th of February 2025. Instead of asking for proof or evidence on the above he gives me stinking and disgusting attitude. All my other debtor’s have never not even a single time did they treat me the way Discovery Bank has on this Incident.
