Disgusted and Held Hostage
I reported possible *****, my acc was closed pending investigation. My friend queried my same query as it was Regards a PoP sent from my side on a payment not made. Discovery looked into my friends query on validating the Pop a week after my initial request. Upon Discovery making contact with me, they stated that the PoP was fabricated and I am now listed with SAFPS. REALLY? I brought this matter to Discovery long before and nothing was done nor was I contacted. Discovery just called to notify me of their findings on behalf of my friend and just passed judgment. Absolute BS. And not to mention, now I am stuck being their client as I can't open another bank account pending my lawyers doing their due diligence. My details need to be removed!!
As stated in my initial query, no due diligence was done when the issue was first raised. Instead, Discovery chose to proceed with a secondary query. I will be leaving this with my lawyers to handle. It is a pity that I can't open any other banking facility. Now I am stuck with being associated with your business.
