Disgusted

I am totally disgussted in Didscovery card! Yes I do find myself in financial difficulty but I have made an arrangement To repay my card at R500.00 p.m. wich was confirmed with a consultant at discovery card. However, although I religously pay my R500.00 they still in the middle of January debited me with an amount of R1000.62!!!! I opened up a FNB chq acc to assist my work, my directors paid in R5000.00 for our petty cash and discovery card went and took R1000.62!!! with a description of EFT!!!!!!! Now my directors think I stole the money?? My job is online, if I loose my job, be for certain I will sue discovery card. The consultant at discovery card merely said the system automatically take money if you are in arrears. What an excuse!!!! Why did I then make an arragement to repay R500.00??? I want this R1000.62 back a.s.ap. Yes I were in arrears that is the reason I made an arrangement, how can you above and apart of me making an arragement still go ahead an just take!!!! This is so unacceptable. Please rectify a.s.ap. As I am now being treated as I ***** at my work an I am being investigated!!!!!!
