Disgraceful service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give them a -5 I would - they have blocked my up to date account which was just transferred to them, and its now 4 days later and 2 long phone calls and nothing has been fixed! I think I will ask to go back to FNB as I never had problems there!!
