Disgraceful dishonesty Discovery Bank

Do not ever come near Discovery Bank. Any other bank is better. They are unable to deliver services and thus make use of absolute *******, dishonest and very shady partners and vendors.

Discovery Bank scheduled a card delivery with me for 08h00 to 10h00 AM on 04 Sept in Wingate Park, Pretoria. The day went by with zero delivery, zero communication, nothing. The driver, who never bothered to do the delivery just recorded a note to his company that "the customer was not available". That is a blatant ****ing lie. I live in an open free-standing house, I sit my study the whole day overlooking the drive-way. This driver is lying.

Mapule Mzimba from Discovery Bank - You should be ashamed of the way your Operations are treating banking customers, failing to do their jobs and then just simply lying about it. I phoned in to lay a complaint, and the response I got was that this behaviour is accepted by your organisation.
