Disgraceful Discovery Bank

DISGRACEFUL Service with delivering new card!! Promised delivery Tuesday in Sumninghill btw 9-10. After over 30 minutes on the phone, a got a traffic excuse, promised then by 11. Called me at 13h20, when I was already back in NW. Promised to reschedule, but no call. I had to travel without the card, wrongfully having to put all personal expenses via my business account. I had to call them to reschedule. For today, in NW where I live. Two calls from them with wrong info, which I had to correct. Delivery scheduled today before 12. Got a calll now to say they can only deliver the 18th!!!!! Disgusting!!!! Don't bank with them if you want service!
