To whom it may concern,

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with Discovery Card Service.

Today, I was informed that I am high risk and will not allow me to open an Gold Credit Card.

I only want to get the Gold Credit Card as it is required to qualify for "Vitality Active Rewards with Apple Watch" benefit.

I asked if I can per load the Blue Credit card to allow me to qualify for the "Vitality Active Rewards with Apple Watch”. However, the customer service lady kindly responded that that would not be possible.

I do not understand why i an being discriminated against for NOT living in DEBT. I am proud to say that I live within my means.

Not once has my Discovery health, Vitality or Virgin active direct debt bounced.

This issue needs to be resolved by either Discovery Vitality or Card Division by close of business on the 18th of December. If not please call me and explain why you would like to loose a customer.
