Discovery’s Bank Fixed Deposit Mess

I am really disappointed with Discovery Bank. I opened a fixed deposit 3 months back with promised maturity date of 29 January 2024. That date came and went with no communication from them, I had to call them back. I also tried changing my instructions in the app leading to maturity date to no avail(App just there for aesthetic). I have instructed them to close that account and give me my money, to which they said it will take 8 business days, yes you read that right 8 business days. I’m not happy at all
