Discovery/FNB won't help me recall a payment - shocking service from both

I have been trying for a week to get an EFT payment made in error, recalled. The payment was made from my Discovery card, via my FNB online banking profile. I have been pushed around all over the place and not getting any help. Capitec Bank have found the incorrectly paid funds and luckily the funds are sitting in a hold account and were not allocated to any personal account so the funds can be reversed to me. They told me to get Discovery or FNB to recall but I am not getting any help. Once this is sorted (Hopefully although I doubt it) I am changing banks. The help has been dreadful the and the incompetence of the agents even worse. If I dont get my money back I will report this as ***** to the police. M
