Discovery workers *****ing our discovery miles

16/02/2026 I called discovery to make arrangements to pay outstanding fees and to enquire why I keep getting sms's saying they are canceling my vitality. I spoke to a lady and after the conversation, she said she was transferring me to vitality but that was a dead end. A few minutes later I received a call from another lady that said she's calling from discovery (her syndicate) she some how had access to my discovery app and and could see how much discovery miles I had etc. It only hit when she asked if I have the discovery banking app and any other bank apps. I attempted to call the discovery ***** number over 6 times but it went unanswered (useless) The lady that assisted in the beginning called her people to call me, and ***** my discovery miles! They took all 7000 of them and converted them to cash! She must be dismissed.
