Discovery Web OTP's not sent

I was trying to complete a purchase on Takealot yesterday, but the Discovery Web OTP for paying with Discovery Miles wasn't working. <br> <br> I spoke to Nomzama, who first assured me that the email was sent successfully, even after I confirmed with her that I tested sms's from other sources etc.<br> <br> I later heard from Takealot that they were aware of a problem with Discovery SMS problem, even though Discovery themselves were not.<br> <br> I asked Nomzama for email feedback on why the sms wasn't sending, or to help me change the OTP mechanism but got no feedback.
