Discovery Vitality Cashbacks
I have been waiting for my healthygear (2 months), healthydining (1 x takeout ) and healthyfood(1 month), gymbooster (2 months). This is +- R3,000 worth of cashbacks that I havent received. I have escalated the matter twice now. Its been a week since the last escalation (ref nr ***), still not a word. I phoned discovery bank this morning once again and still awaiting feedback. Its ridiculous. Everytime I phone, then I need to spend 10-15mins worth of airtime...TERRIBLE service
