Discovery Vitality Cash Back Mix Up

Before i joined Discovery Bank, My vitality cashback was paid very well into my FNB Account. So i joined Discovery Bank after all adverts etc. And without my concern all the Vitality Cashback was paid into Discovery account. Now this is ****.

I decided to cancel the Discovery Bank and im told i must fill a Form to have my vitality cash back?

Make me understand. why must i fill a form when Initially Discovery changed my details without my concern? I Wont fill the form. Please pay my cash back in the old account or cancel All my policies. Simple as that.

I called the contact Center and agent is telling me the System is offline and cant help me. oh i couldn't speak to someone useful.
