Discovery Vitality - Bane of my existence

Discovery Bank Vitality product and support (Customer Care - not my broker) is ABSOLUTELY USELESS! Their systems are so complicated that they confuse themselves and their own staff don't even know how things work / are unable to get you basic information upon request. The vitality program supposedly gives you cash back on swipes at qualifying partners, however the discovery system is forever glitching (or perhaps *****ing) and resetting my discount levels back to lower % discounts. It has been 3 years of this and I am now completely fed up. I pay a premium for this service, but instead of getting a service, I get child that I need to check up on constantly as I have to worry that they have not done their job, that they are *****ing my cash backs from me and that they have not stuck to their word. The last straw was in regard to my latest request which was simply to get a transaction list of all swipes at vitality partners so that I can recalculate and compare my actual vitality discounts (as I don't trust them and have kept all my slips in order to do such reconciliations). It has taken over 3 weeks to get this statement, I have spoken to many consultants all who said they will do it for me (but none have), I have followed up with these consultants and they said they will get back to me (but none have) and I am just fed up with pathetic pathetic service.
