Discovery UNFAIRNESS: Discovery system error wiped out 6000 miles on my card

In February 2019, I lost 6000+ Miles on my Discovery card due to a system error that occurred on the Discovery Operating System. I was only reimbursed 1000 Miles, how is this fair? If Discovery is aware of their own errors why am I LITERALLY paying for their mistakes? and i'm being charged a monthly interest for using their credit card, which is way more than the mere 1000 Miles they gave me.

If Discovery can't deal EFFECTIVELY and FAIRLY about minor issue such as Miles, how can i trust the upcoming Discovery bank with my salary, investments, etc.?
