Discovery *********ly transfer fund between my acc
The call center phoned me today, asking me when I will settle my outstanding balance on my Discovery Credit Card. I indicated that it will be settle the last day of January. 30 minutes later they *********ly, without authorization & without my knowledge transfer funds from my FNB Cheque account to my Discovery Card account???? ***, After I told them I will settle the account at the end of the month, they agreed and then THEY do a transfer from my FNB Cheque account to my Discovery card without authorization 30 minutes later???? Why did they bother to phone me in the first place? How are they expecting me to come through the month now??? Discovery, please go and listen to your own staff and the phone call to me you recorded!!! This is BS
