Discovery Travel Booster and Points to Miles: complete system failure
I've always been a loyal Discovery Card user, but have been seriously put off by my experience with their Travel Booster/Points to Miles benefit.
When the Travel Booster and Points to Miles were first announced, I made 100% sure that I activated my Travel Booster. In fact, I must have activated this about 5 or 6 times, just to make damn sure.
Now Discovery are saying that this benefit was never activated and are refusing to give me my points to miles due at the beginning of 2018. This despite their website saying that my Travel Booster is 15%.
This is beyond a joke.
I expect Discovery to rectify their system error and sort this out or I'm cancelling my Discovery Card and Health. Even if they sort it out, I'm seriously considering cancelling this given the amount of time and frustration wasted.

Your Points to Miles benefit was not processed due to your change in Vitality policy number. Unfortunately, our system did fail to pick this up and I am managed to identify the issue upon investigating.
As per my email to you this has been resolved and your Discovery Miles will be allocated to you.
