Discovery the new Hell-kom

Utterly the most frustrating experience from what i would expect to be the modern revolutionised bank. I've tried multiple times to phone the call center (where there is only one option) have emailed '***' and have had no reply.

Honestly i switched most of my stuff to Discovery to get away from the typical banking service of Absa, Standard Bank etc. BUT this is actually worse

Be ashamed Discovery, you sell yourselves far higher than you actually service.
