Discovery system failure costs me R1000

I have been trying for the past 3 months to get Discovery Card to award me the Smart Shopper multiplier points worth +- R1000 which I earned between Sept-Jan 2015. They have now finally let me know that they will not award me these points unless I can produce the original till slips. This despite the fact that all the transactions are clearly listed on my ct card statement. They bizarrely claim that I suddenly stopped swiping my smart shopper card for 5 months. Be warned - Discovery card will do anything to weasel out of their promises.
