Discovery stole my sassa money

To cut this story short. I have been unemployed for over a year now. And I have a discovery savings account as well as a credit card on which I owe R5000.00. I am a single mother as well getting absolutely no support from the kids father. Every month since being unemployed I have made a plan to pay the minimum due on my credit card account making sure I have some money going in. My 15 year old son secured a part time job after school to assist financially and he had his little pay be paid into my savings account as well last month which was R700. 00. So on 26 June Discovery goes and transfers the full R700 into my Credit card account without my permission and clears it for costs. Beginning of July I again have money transferred to my credit card account to ensure movement on the account. I app**** for Sassa a year ago and they finally completed their checks and approved me to receive the social relief of distress fund of R350. Which was a serious lifeline for me and will assist me to buy food and care for my son. Sassa then pays me my R370 srd on 11 July and guess what? DISCOVERY TAKES MY SASSA MONEY AGAIN AND TRANSFERS IT TO MY CREDIT CARD AND USES IT FOR FEES. Leaving me with no money again. I phoned them and absolutely no assistance. They are not willing to give me my SRD money back. They are ******* and they do not care and will ***** people's sassa money even if they know that money is there to assist a single unemployed mother to buy food for her child they did not want to listen to me at all. Do not trust Discovery Bank. They transfer your money as they see fit without your permission between your accounts.
