DISCOVERY *****s money and delivers no service

Discovery does not care about their clients. I have emailed Bianca how many times now but she has just fallen off the face of the earth after them *****ing my money out of my account. I have on their request downloaded the Discovery banking app but still i do not have access to my money. I have gone on the website requesting that somebody phone me but nothing. What else can i do
