DISCOVERY SHOWS DISDAIN FORITS TO ITS CLEINTS

Submitted a credit card dispute form and relevant attachments to substantiate my case to the Discovery Dispute Department. I have no idea whether my dispute matter is being investigated as Discovery does not respond to any correspondence and even refuses to acknowledge receipt of my email . ITS RIDICULOUS . HOW DOES ONE DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT HAS SHOWS SUCH DISDAIN FOR ITS CLIENTS!
