Discovery should people be worried that you seem to be short of money.

Discovery on the 29th you debited my account as is always done, usually on the 28 which was a public holiday. The monies always reflect on my card on the same day or latest on the next day. Now for some ludicrous reason I am told that Discovery, despite the fact that it did reflect on my statement that day, will only transfer the monies to my card after 4 days. I have seldom heard such a asinine statement. Is it simply because Doscovery need to get the interest on the monies for the three days they hold my money? I am now in an situation because my card is always debited on the 1st from various companies, a few of those will now be returned as a result. I am too scared to do an EFT into the account as that will in all probably not reflect based on this "new" system until Tuesday or perhaps Wednesday. This is totally unacceptable.
