Discovery should not have banking services

Since my last complaint Discovery Bank has failed to reply on ANY of my disputes sent to them

Oh gosh you all reply with the copy and paste method on all correspondence, as all your reply's are the same. Its now being investigated again? I think you have investigated it so many times that I have 6 files with you! What is the point of completing all the paperwork and sending it in, when your guys DONT RESOLVE ANY OF THEM? You should not deal with banking matters, clearly Discovery is not cut out for that

Your feedback is not resolving the fact that Discovery Bank has failed to attenend to trasaction dispute forms that was submited to you via email. I received confirmation emails from Discovery but you did nothing more than that. A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY AND DIPUTES ARE STILL PENDING DUE TO YOUR LACK OF SERVICE
