Discovery Refusing Me Access to My Savings

Discovery Bank, it’s been a lot! I requested that you reverse bank fees and close an account last year. I never got feedback. Fast forward to this year, I’m trying to get access to my savings and I can’t because the account I asked you to close is the stumbling block. No one tries to get access to savings for fun! The mere fact I’m asking for access means I have an emergency situation! It’s day 3 of being told, we will get back to you! The way I regret taking out products with you. I regret saving with you.
