DISCOVERY REFUSE CLOSING BANK ACCOUNT AND BLOCK YOUR CREDIT CARD! THEY FORCE TO PAY FEES FOR AN ACCOUNT NOT USEED!

After several telephone calls, emails, my situation with my bank account and my credit card is still not resolved.

You want to force me to use a bank account I'm not interested in and charge every month bank fees after requesting for cancel the bank account.

My credit card I have for more than 8 to 10 years has been moved to Discovery bank. My credit card is blocked. I'm not able to use my money.

When I phone your call center. they tell me I was given over to the legal department????? FOR WHAT? BECAUSE YOU WANT TO FORCE ME WITH A BANK ACCOUNT, I'M NOT INTERESTED IN? FORCE ME TO HAVE VITALITY I'M NOT INTERESTED?

CAN THIS PLEASE BE RESOLVED AND YOU KEEP MY MONEY IN MY CREDIT CARD BLOCK FOR WHAT?

BECAUSE I REFUSE TO USE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND YOUR VITALITY?

1. Credit card is revolving account and nothing to do with bank account - it is a seperately account that was with FNB and taken over by Discovery bank. WHO IS MONEY MAKING SCHEME WHO IS CHARGING YOU FOR BANK FEES FOR A BANK ACCOUNT THAT WAS NEVER USED OR MONEY WAS PAID IN ONCE!

2. VITALITY IS NOT FOR FREE, I WANT TO CANCEL AND YOU REFUSE! YOU ARE CHARGING ME R135 PER MONTH AND IS PART OF A BANK ACCOUNT THAT I NEVER USED AND WANT. NOW YOU DEDUCT IT FROM MY CREDIT CARD

DISCOVERY SEEMS HAS MONEY PROBLEMS AND REFUSE CLOSING ACCOUNTS AND MAKING MONEY OUT OF CLIENTS!
