Discovery Platinum Card Unable to track store purc

I have various transaction entries on my credit card bill.<br> I am a PLATINUM Credit Card holder at Discovery.<br> Discovery is unable to track where the purchases took place as they say they cannot see what the place`s name is.<br> This is absolutely *******.<br> How can you not know where this took place in todays day and age.<br> If this transaction was link to something big, surely they will be able to track it.<br> I am stund and this is not acceptable.
