Discovery PLATINUM Card: DETERIORATION in ATTENTIVENESS

Discovery PLATINUM They just don't seem to care!! I'm going through charges, embarrassment, and the inability to use my card.

Work being delegated to FNB is one thing as long as I NEVER have to deal with FNB [I never signed up for that]

Delegating RESPONSIBILITY TO FNB is clearly a root cause of the deterioration!
