Discovery Pending Payments Not Being Released!!

TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE BANK!! If you’re thinking of joining discovery bank, DO NOT! I spent close to R500 in airtime trying to get a pending transaction cleared and being on hold

I went to a hotel which reserved funds on the 3rd of November. They released the funds after check-out which is 7th November. Discovery is still holding the payment even after providing the Auth code and proof the hotel released the funds. How are you telling me that I’ll get the money on the 3rd of December. Literally withholding R8000 for what. They always tell me that the Visa team was out of office. You promised a 48hr turn around time and it’s been 2 weeks???????
