Discovery Pathetic
Discovery card division is pathetic.. they contacted me regarding a card and approved application.. i just need to fill out the documents and i will get my card.. when i submit they say no this is not right that is not right today i gave then all the required document and that from my accountant and SARS documents as per Discovery requirement.. now its still not good enough.. so take your card and shove it.. AND EVERYTIME I GET A LISTING ON MY ITC EVERYTIME I SUBMIT DOCUMENTS.. PLEASE REMOVE ALL YOUR LISTINGS FROM MY ITC WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.. DISCOVERY IS PATHETIC.. WHY CALLING PEOPLE TO SAY THEY HAVE A APPROVED CARD.. THEN WHEN YOU TAKE THE OFFER ITS TO MANY EXCUSES NOT GIVING YOU THE CARD... PLEASE REMOVE ALL DISCOVERY LISTINGS FROM MY ITC AND KEEP YOUR PATHETIC CARD.. AND I THINK I WILL CANCEL MY DISCOVERY HEALTH AA WELL
As per our previous communication with yourself on this platform and via email correspondence, I confirm that your application was reviewed and the outcome has been communicated to yourself.
You have also requested that we remove your ITC check – unfortunately this is not possible. In accordance with the National Credit Act, every company considering giving credit to a consumer must do an ITC / Trans Union check on the client. Whether the outcome is favourable or not, the check remains on your ITC profile as it was a legitimate reference, per your request
