Discovery not wanting or can’t to activate full account

Good Day, I have been trying to activate a full banking suite with Discovery Bank but it seems like Discovery doesn’t want my business. It has been 2 months with endless promises of call backs which doesn’t happen. I have the normal transaction account and would like to activate to full banking suite. How hard can it be?
