Discovery - No Customer Focus

Discovery just block a credit card of mine. Provide a number for me to call, and the number does not work. Here I am unable to ay for my goods. What pathetic customer service Unable to unlock card via App or Website - Useless

We do see you contacted our call centre, and were assisted accordingly. Were you able to activate the card on your bank app?
