Discovery - No Contact & No Service

I cannot contact Discovery Bank or Vitality at all. I sent an email and it says I should call. I then called several times and your lines just hang up. In the voice prompts it then says to send you an email... but your email states your are not responding to emails... this is a downward spiral with no end and no solution. I would like a settlement quote and to close my credit card please. And the reason is for your 'non-service' on the few occasions I do need to contact you, I can never get hold of anyone. This is not the first time.
