Discovery Miles *****ed me

So with black Friday I wanted to purchase a item for cape union mart and after using all my discovery miles I had to wait for a OTP, after 1 hour of waiting the website kicked me out and now all my miles is gone and discovery will not be able to reverse the transaction today. Because of this the item is sold out and I have 0 miles to use on the day with all the big specials. Thanks Discovery for all your "help" in resolving this.
