Discovery miles not refunded

I converted what was remaining of my Discovery miles to SAA Voyager Miles in December within the stipulated time. I received confirmation that this transaction was completed. However the miles never reflected in my Voyager account. I was then advised the miles could not be converted however have not received them back into Discover miles despite following up more times than I bear to count. I had all my investments with Discovery and have started to move them away due to Discovery Card’s lack of concern for for clients.
