Discovery miles not paid back.

I ordered goods on the 26.05.23 on Zando with discovery miles of about 10503 and the remaining amount I was suppose to pay with a card. I experienced an error when I was completing the order and Zando cancelled it on their side. I then called Discovery Bank on the 29.06.23 to reverse the payment because the order was cancelled spoke to Karabo. Who said the miles will be reversed. It was not and I called Zando and they said the money never reached their account they can’t help I must communicate with Discovery. I followed up on the 06.06.23 with Discovery spoke to the same person promised that it will be reversed. Waited for days nothing happened then I called on the 15.07.23 still there was no positive outcome just promises that I’ll be refunded. I called again spoke to Qiniso who promised to help but never came back to me and I still didn’t receive my miles back that I worked hard for. All I’m asking is for Discovery bank to return my miles because this has been dragging for long and their service is very poor because they don’t even return calls to update me on what’s happening.
