Discovery miles not being paid out

I haven’t used my healthcare and healthy food benefit much. But when I used it last month to get an apparent 30 percent off at baby city of my R2000 spend I found that I was never paid out

When I questioned discovery they said it was paid out on their end. I send them screenshots of my miles statement and it never reflected my side

Now waiting for feedback- will I ever get feedback?

Have also asked them for a statement of all my payouts as I have never checked it before and clearly they need to be checked up on

Why should I be the one checking up on them. Why is everything a fight with discover my just to get what you are meant to get in the first place
