Discovery miles frustation

Every year they keep charging me a miles fee of over R500 despite many attempts to cancel the discovery miles option. Every year they claim the issue is resolved and still years later I am having to call the call center to speak to multiple advisors who give conflicting information. This is the worst bank ever.
