DISCOVERY MILES CONVERSION TO VOYAGER MILES

On the 4th of March 2015 i apparently 'successfully' converted my Discovery Miles to Voyager Miles. We are pleased to confirm that you have successfully converted your 48713 Discovery Miles to 40594 SAA Voyager Miles.<br> Voyager Miles Redemption *** -MailRef#***#-<br> I was told that this would take up to 3 days to reflect in my Voyager account. 15 days later and I am still waiting. Every time I call Discovery they say - this is Voyager's problem, every time I call Voyager they say this is a Discovery problem and NO-ONE wants to take responsibility. I have been passed from pillar to post....have wasted SOOO much time on this, have called daily to both and get a different person each time.....where I have to re-explain my story as the previous person I spoke to (who PROMISED to call me back and did not!) is either 'out on lunch' or 'not in today'! I have been told that an email has been sent to the 'operator' who will respond in 5 days. REALLY????? Is this good enough?????<br> I am desperate to book flights on the first day of school holidays and I am so upset, angry and disappointed. I feel LET DOWN as everyone just PASSES THE BUCK! I have yet to see these miles .....
