Discovery Miles Are A **** & No Customer Support!

I sent this correspondence through to Discovery Bank 5 days ago and have received no reply:

“To my understanding and as per your website- I should be earning 1 Discovery Mile for every R15 spent. I recently made a purchase for over R14 000 on my card and I only got around 200 Discovery Miles. Plus I shopped at a partner where I should have earned 10x more. Please advise what happened.

I specifically bought on my Discovery Card for the miles. I feel cheated because I should have gotten over 9000 miles.”

I also mailed them a few months ago on a smaller issue and have received no reply. It’s ridiculous that this is the customer service from Discovery. I would advise you to stay at your current bank if you’re considering switching. The rewards that Discovery Bank offers are ****. When you need support there is no one to help you.
