Discovery Miles a poor show.

Discovery Miles leave a lot to be desired... Since migrating my Discovery Platinum credit card to a full suite Discovery Black transactional account, I am getting a fraction of the miles that I used to.

Numerous calls and emails to the CallCenter have gone answered.

In addition, they have really taken the fun out of the weekly spin where one was assured of getting at least a cup of coffee. Although this is still the case (after a complex investigation by myself), that you will get your free cup of coffee, their method is so complicated it leaves you feeling that you don’t really want that cup of coffee anyway.

I spend a large amount of money on my Discovery credit card every month. I have been a Vitality Diamond member for the past three years. I feel that I’m continuously jumping through hoops for Discovery. Is it worth it?
