Discovery Miles

Why can’t I spend any of the Discovery Miles? The miles gets deducted but does not reach the merchant. I phone your Discovery Card call centre, miles gets reversed - hopefully within 3 days - but I still can’t make any purchases. Why have these miles then? Phone the call centre again, gets placed on hold and then the call gets disconnected. Have to phone back, they will escalate and have the miles reversed. 5 days later, miles is not reversed.

You are trying to launch this Discovery Bank but can’t get the simple things right. I'm complaining on Facebook's Discovery Page, no feedback. I request the call centre operator to return my call - no feedback.
